What we collect
- Messages and sign-ups. When you use a form on this site, we store what you type so we can reply.
- Applications. When you apply for support, we store your application so our team can review it, and keep it for retention period: 24 months until the board decides. We don't ask for medical information; please don't include any.
- Donations and tickets. Payments are handled by Zeffy. We receive your name, email, gift details and any dedication you add; we never see or store card numbers. Zeffy's own privacy policy covers what it collects.
- Visit statistics. We count page views, which parts of a page were read, and which buttons were used, so we know what's useful. We don't use cookies for this and we don't store your IP address: each visit is counted with a code that changes every day and can't be traced back to you. We keep these statistics for 13 months.
What we never do
- Sell, rent or trade your information.
- Use advertising trackers or share your visits with ad networks.
Embedded services
Videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode and load only when you press play. Some forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam.

Ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at assistant@caregranted.com.
Health information
Please don't send medical details through this website. If you need help for someone, we'll follow up privately.
